wow

It has been almost a year since I have posted here. I started using myspace and I don't post there often.

Things are going good here. Ben is working, working.  The kids are doing well in school. I have started babysitting a precious little girl named Jemma. So everyday is busy, busy!!

I will try to get on here more ~ Jemma will be here shortly so I need to run!

 I had almost forgotten about xanga. Things have been so crazy lately! Softball season is in full swing again! Ben and I are both coaching the team this year. Gabby is playing first base, second, and pitching ~  she has really improved since last year!

We are staying busy preparing for the SATs ~ not one of my favorite things to do.

wow! It's been a while since my last post. Things have been quite hectic and I must admit that whenever I have some down time, I don't feel like getting on the computer! It's funny that I am on the computer less now that we have DSL ~ I thought that I would stay online.

Anyway, this week I have had sick kids all week. They just passed their fevers back and forth ~ we all have had little sleep but I think we are over the worst of it!!! Hopefully, "mom and dad" will not get sick.We are trying to have some school today, but the kids are still puny and not quite up to much! I feel like we are all going stir crazy being inside all week! I can't wait to get OUT of this house!!

Ben has started another job. Ben and two guys he graduated FIRE with are starting a counter top business. The web site is being built, but you can see what they have ~ advancedccf.com           They have been busy getting the product out for people to see. So far there has been a lot of interest. In a couple of months they are going to start up in Atlanta.  I just can't wait for them to put it in my kitchen! So, keep them in your prayers as they begin this new business.

Well, I need to run. Kids are calling my name and the house work that has been neglected has been screaming for me all morning!!!!! I sure wished the cleaning lady would get here ~ oh yeah, we don't have a cleaning lady

wow ~ just lookng back over my last few entries I see how slack I have been.......

Things have been sooooo busy lately. We had a great Christmas with family and friends. The kids were so blessed this year. It's time to purge their old toys to make room for the new! I was blessed with some professional quality pot and pans!!! Yes ~ I am excited about cookware  my other stuff was old and worn out!!! I also got an eight place setting of Fiesta dishes!!

We have started Upward basketball at the church. I am a head coach this year  ~for those of you that know me know how crazy that is!!!! I learned a lot about the game being an assistant coach last year. Thank the Lord that Upward has a good training dvd and I have good friends that help!!! Ben is coaching for the first time!! I think we are both doing good considering we have never had much to do with basketball!!

Hannah Banana is playing this year for the first time too! Her first game was great!!! She only touched the ball once and she passed it off to someone else. She was really cute skipping, prancing, and twirling her way up and down the court. She may not know how to play basketball but she sure knows how to be CUTE!!!!

Gab and Caleb are doing great this year! They both scored a lot in their first games. We are really enjoying this season so far.

We are looking forward to this year and what God has in store for us AND YOU GUYS!!!    Keep us in your prayers as there are some big decisions we are praying about.

Well, I need to get to work!
